[bisq-network/bisq] 0.9.0: Changing Country when creating Cash Deposit account does not clear error text (#1999)

When I create a new Cash Deposit account and enter invalid input for the bank information and then switch the Country, it clears the bank input fields but does not clear any error text.
In the screenshot below, I initially had selected Canada and entered only one digit for the transit/account fields and then selected United States.
