**Revise DAO Technical Specification doc**
Improved various parts of the doc to help newcomers interested in understanding the DAO at a deeper level. Edits focused on clarifying the message, not typos or aesthetics. See [this pull request](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq-docs/pull/93#event-1989782540).

Much of what I've been doing lately hasn't been very visible but will be released for feedback and merging in December. That work includes writings and other items to implement [this proposal](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/56), implementing various items on the redesigned website, implementing the docs redesign, and migrating Slack to Rocket.

I expect to take on the roles of Rocket.chat admin in December and email list admin in January.
