[bisq-network/compensation] Conduct Oct 1st- 3rd compensation request voting (#121)

Hey @ripcurlx @ManfredKarrer we should do something to keep those 22 contributors engaged!  It is hard to get people to make the initial effort of learning how the DAO, Bisq and compensation requests work... but once they are here there is so much more they could do with little extra effort...

Even better if we can get them to take the initiative and propose actions!

We should have 1-on-1 chats with the 11 first time contributors to see what they can do or what ideas they have... or just to get their feedback. Maybe in the slack growth channel?

After all, recruitment should be a big focus...
