[bisq-network/bisq] Add support for Revolut payment links to avoid disputes (#1806)

This problem does not ever arise if the Revolut user gives a **phone number** instead of an e-mail. The phone number allows instant payment.

It's worse for privacy than e-mail... but if you make a Revolut payment you are going to end up having the other person's phone number anyway. So maybe just keep it simple and eliminate the e-mail option?
