## 2018.10 update

Amount of support needed increased this month, which I assume is due to the overall growth of Bisq platform.

We had many new user questions, especially on reddit this month, as it seems that Bisq is picking up new user base these months.

There have been a couple of stuck trades throughout the month. Usually they end up being resolved with arbitration, but sometimes, when deposit tx doesn't get created, best we can do is refer them to ask for compensation of trading fees.

It is worth noting that there were a couple of users having trouble with connecting their Bisq clients to the Tor network, even though their general Tor traffic over Tor browser was working fine.

Overall, amount of support work grew quite naturally this month, I would say, with growth of the entire project. No outstanding specific issues arose that needed to be addressed this month.
