### 2018.10 Report

I'll not add much to Alexej's report.
I found that the first half of the month was rather usual.
... but the second half showed much more support questions.
Especially the last days.

Correlation is not causation of course, but there is correlation with XMR volumes.

It seems me that there is also correlation with the measured number of timeouts (which would not be really surprising). -> https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/10

(As already proposed, I'll be ok to begin a document helping self-support and helping to standardize our answers.)
