[bisq-network/bisq] Add support for Revolut payment links to avoid disputes (#1806)

Hi @montvid this is how I did it:

-Go to the revolut wallet. 
-Scroll down the list of payments.
-Click on an incoming payment for the details

In the payment details scroll down and you should see the phone number of the payer, just above money received and Fee.
