[bisq-network/roles] Support Staff (#64)

I had some trouble with installing operating systems on VMs recently, probably some issues with virtualbox on my system.

I tested some installations on live systems and above steps worked just as expected.
I would still create some bounties for testing, just in case. You can promote it if you want :+1:
