[bisq-network/roles] Support Staff (#64)

I will add the instruction to the release page with a note that it is not tested on all systems. People will/should report issues once they run into it. I think its not required that we make a bigger test-issue with bounties for that. There are plenty of bounty tasks in the GH issues for devs who want to join.
