[bisq-network/bisq] CAD price on BitcoinAverage seems to be off (#1695)

Maybe it is because it is mainly created from 2 exchanges which have very different prices:
https://bitcoinaverage.com/en/currency-markets/btc-to-cad

https://www.quadrigacx.com: atm  8750.00 CAD
https://www.kraken.com/charts: atm 8131.10 CAD
