[bisq-network/compensation] Conduct Oct 1st- 3rd compensation request voting (#121)

@bisq-network/contributors, please submit any compensation requests by EOD on Sunday September 30th.

If you plan to submit a compensation request for a bigger pile of work please do this as soon as possible, so there is enough time for discussions before the voting. Otherwise your request might be rejected by the stakeholders because of open questions. This month we have such a request by @joachimneumann (https://github.com/bisq-network/compensation/issues/120). Please take your time to review ( 👍or 👎 ) and comment.
