[bisq-network/bisq] BTC value shouldn't be changed automatically (#1731)

I just made some tests and could not reproduce it. Maybe there is an issue with offers created before v.0.8.0? 
Could you post a screenshot where you see those issues?
I just saw that the trade statistics do not apply the rounding. That should not be an issue as the amount used at the bank transfer was rounded. But I will fix that issue in the trade statistics so it is not confusing to see exact values there.
