### Things to add
Copy/paste from a post from me in the #bisq-docs channel :
> Being in the support cubicle since june, I feel I could (begin to) write a short doc :
- helping people to autodiagnose their issues,
- telling what information are useful for the support and help to help.

>From the support side, we may sometimes refer to such a doc in order to standardize and ease things.
(I also see that https://docs.bisq.network/#essentials has a "Support" item, but no associated link.)
**I however check here if initiating such a doc is felt as useful or not ?**

- same remark as last month, a nice volume in BTC traded ... but no significant increase in support asked (I wonder if it is the same on the arbitration side ? did all issues arise there ?).
