[bisq-network/bisq] When restoring wallet from seed, vote weight from earned BSQ is reset to 0 (#2650)

Have you restored in same data directory or in new one? If new one then db files are missing for calculating the merit. We can add instructions which data need to be copied ovee. I think the MyProposalList files contains all but not sure if that is sufficient. But basically with all db files the merits should be correct.
