[bisq-network/bisq] Application hangs at startup (#2666)

I saw a few times now that the application gets frozen at startup. I always used the DAO setup so I am not sure if it is only happening in the DAO or also in the normal app. We got some bug reports from users so the issue might be in the current version already and not DAO related. 
At least in one case I got a out of memory exception, so that might be a reason which specially could be more likely happen when syncing up an older wallet.
