[bisq-network/bisq] Application hangs at startup (#2666)

@dan-da If your wallet is old bitcoinj syn takes a lot of time and all resources. Thats why its better to refresh from time to time with a new wallet. What are your systme resources? When I synced old wallets it was not that bad. Just cpu on 100% for a few hours but then it was ok. As said that is a bitcoinJ thing and I am not sure if there is an easy solution. Probably the worker threads doing it need tobe throttled... @oscarguindzberg Maybe you have a better explaination or idea?
