[bisq-network/bisq] Application hangs at startup (#2666)

@ManfredKarrer this system has 8gb ram, quad intel i5 2.5ghz, ssd drive.  linux.   total time to sync was about 1 hour including restarts.

definitely cpu was pegged so throttling and/or lowering priority of bitcoinj threads seems a good idea.
