[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq doesn't launch with Java 1.8 (#2694)

What is your exact OS ? 
and your exact graphical interface ?

You should have a look at your OS log file at the moment of the issue.
Maybe there is some useful info there.

Also, the last lines of your Bisq logfile could help.
