[bisq-network/bisq] Show "Funds needed" with all the calculations at the "Create Offer" window (#2711)

Based on the feedback from [this reddit post](https://www.reddit.com/r/bisq/comments/ba0xxy/feedback_show_funds_needed_with_all_the/), can we have "Funds needed" value showing up at the "Create offer" stage?
