### 2019.04 8-14 report (week 15)

- gaps between fees onion pages : ~non-existent, but still abnormal timeout pattern at work
- gaps between prices onion pages : ~non-existent, but still abnormal timeout pattern at work
- fees values : min = 148 s/b (3126 occurrences), mean = 150.13 s/b, max = 1000 s/b (5 occurrences).

Bisq numbers for the week : 231 BTC/461 trades (+145% BTC, +24% trades)

This number of exceptions is due to 1 node having some issues this week, plus the weird pattern at work since last week (see previous week report).
