[bisq-network/bisq] Mobile notifications list is empty (#2731)

Tried the Bisq for iOS mobile app today. I was able to get push notifications (not very informative, something like `Bisq notification`), but in the app the list is empty and always shows `No notifications yet`. I'm on iOS 12.2.
