[bisq-network/bisq] Error when taking an offer (#2756)

I was asked by Bisq to open an issue, so here it is. I was not able to access the log file. It seems my taker fee is gone. Up until now Bisq has been a fairly pleasant experience. This, however, was not a pleasant experience.


An error occurred when taking the offer.

An error occurred at task: CheckIfPeerIsBanned
Other trader is banned by his trading account data.
paymentAccountPayload=SEPA - Account owner full name: xxx, IBAN: xxx, BIC: xxx, Country of bank: xx
banFilter=PaymentAccountFilter(paymentMethodId=SEPA, getMethodName=getCountryCode, value=NL)

The taker fee is already paid. In the worst case you have lost that fee.
