[bisq-network/bisq] Error when taking an offer (#2756)

So this happened once more. Did I just lose another taker fee? Basically this means Bisq is no longer working for me. Guess I'll have to try hodlhodl or something.

Other trader is banned by his trading account data.
paymentAccountPayload=SEPA - Account owner full name:xxxx, IBAN:xxxx, BIC:xxxx, Country of bank:xx
banFilter=PaymentAccountFilter(paymentMethodId=SEPA, getMethodName=getCountryCode, value=xx)

The taker fee is already paid. In the worst case you have lost that fee.

This time I was able to access the log file. Can I paste that here or is some of it sensitive data? For instance onion address?
