[bisq-network/bisq] Error when taking an offer (#2756)

We are fighting a chargeback scammer (https://bisq.community/t/urgent-certain-banks-banned-until-further-notice/7420/) and banned certain accounts. Can be easily a false positive but best if you can PM me on the prorum post the peers trade details so we see if he fits into the scammers profile.
If you have been the maker your maker fee is lost. You can ask for reimbursement at https://github.com/bisq-network/support
