Thanks all for the input and I agree to most. One important restricton in current situation is that we need a solution which is wasy and fast to deploy/implement. Any change of the trade protocol would fall outside that. Also splitting security deposit from trade amount does not work as all funds is in the MultiSig and can only be spent in one go.

One aspect to consider is to make the default pretty strict but offer features where users can "buy" reputation e.g. by locking up BSQ in a bonded reputation.

Using trades with old accounts is for sure a good idea but I am not sure if there is a easy solution how to implement that.
