I understand that the signature from the trusted user is done in the background when the trusted user confirms the payment from the untrusted user.   That is, the signing is fully linked with the payment confirmation and the delay. Correct? The new user should only get the signature from the trusted user when **both** the payment is confirmed **and** the delay time has been completed without disputes (i.e. chargeback request).
