I think the parameters (how many signers, age,...) should be delegated to the trust score layer so we are more flexible. The signing theshold though is a binary issue and cannot be changes later to not invalidate the trust chain (it is sort of blockchain of trust). So we need to make a good future proof decision here. Requireing too many signers to enable one to sign will slow down the propagation of trust. But 2 might be a reasonable number. How we interpret the age is up to the trust score domain. With signing the age starts but is does not provide security as the account still can be chargebacked. So we can be flexible what age we use to increase the score and how the score influence dealyed payout and deposit amount. The trade amount of the fiat transfer might be important to add as well to avoid that the scammer makes a real transfer to his stolen account which might be harder to detect for the victim. Probably not a big risk but we should consider to add that into the data.
