I don't know if it is easy to implement. But it seems an interesting idea.

In the same vein, I think that the deposit % used by makers could be better emphasized in the offers, in order to push makers to use high deposits (see https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/2761 )
It could also help the transition with the possible future protocol.
