[bisq-network/bisq] Withdrawal not propagating, funds not accessable per cmd-e (#2778)

Bisq v1.0.1 on Linux:
Initiated a withdrawal about 1 hour ago, it's not propagating into the network (seen by 0 peers), so as well the tx isn't known to BTC explorers. I have 2 local nodes connected and changed this now into the default nodes, still not propagating. So it might be a bug. If I press cmd-e the withhdrawal amount is already deducted, so I didn't use this option. Looks like the bisq app isn't propagating this at all. How can this be reversed in order to get access to the funds? Did already some withdrawals before, always without any issues.
