[bisq-network/bisq] Add a shortcut list under Settings (#2782)

Bisq has some advanced tools that are hidden behind shortcuts that would be helpful to have access to. For example, only recently I've discovered Ctrl+j and I could have access to my xpubkey through Bisq.
Maybe add it under a new tab right to the About tab.
