[bisq-network/bisq] GUI bug when editing offer (#2779)

@psyantyst I was able to re-produce this issue. Indeed after step 3.2 the changed price will not be broadcasted, but the original value. A temporary workaround is to close the edit offer tab  and re-edit it again.
