Emergency tool shows empty wallet. This is because 0.2 BTC are on the way (closure of deal by arbitrator) but the app isn't seeing because I don't get connection to the Bitcoin network anymore. This is the message I get when starting the app:

Apr-26 12:01:23.799 [JavaFX Application Thread] ERROR b.core.btc.setup.WalletsSetup: Service failure from state: STARTING; failure={} java.lang.IllegalStateException: Expected PENDING or IN_CONFLICT, was DEAD.
	at com.google.common.base.Preconditions.checkState(Preconditions.java:469)
	at org.bitcoinj.wallet.Wallet.setTransactionBroadcaster(Wallet.java:5072)
	at org.bitcoinj.core.PeerGroup.addWallet(PeerGroup.java:1315)

	at com.google.common.util.concurrent.Callables$4.run(Callables.java:122)
	at java.base/java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:844)

If I start the app in another instance like "./Bisq -appName=XXXX" I don't get errors. So it's about to save the funds.
Help appreciated.
