[bisq-network/bisq] Accidentally left Bitcoin node blank and can't open to set the Bisq nodes again. Can't use the app (#2784)

Did you had trades, offers disputes?
If not you can go to the data directory, backup all, rename or remove the PreferencesPayload file and then start over. All your preferences are gone then but it should not cause any severe problems.
Another approach, slightly more risky is to open the PreferencesPayload in a text editro (notepad on windows, not any rich text editor!) and search or that `//` string and just replace it whit an empty string.
