The Securiyt deposit for the buyers is defined by the offer maker. The deposit for the seller is fixed.
So yes the machinism is the same but instead of atm 5% min. deposit I would recommend 15% to reduce the risks for a scammer willing to wait 4 weeks and then hopes to can cash out faster as the the first chargebacks happen.

So you mean we should keep 4 weeks delay forever if one has not trades with a traders who can sign him?
