Yeah my intentions with the clock weren't so much to communicate exact status then to give the user a rough idea of the "risk level" of a particular peer, and to show additional details in the account-details tool-tip.

Perhaps we get rid of the clock and simply use a colored dot with an exponent/superscript part to indicate more specific status? Kind of like Manuel suggests above, just without a clock...there could be check marks, plus signs, question marks, etc to complement the colored dot to indicate specific account status. 

That way, the user can will know an account is relatively safe when seeing this (for example):

And they'll know to be a bit more cautious when seeing either of these:

These are ugly, but hopefully they demonstrate conveying the basic message from the icon, and then the user can look up more details in the account tool-tip.

Personally I still don't find [these icons](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/93#issuecomment-516778136) very intuitive. I mean, I get it, after the explanation, but it would be best to avoid the need to explain the UI in the UI altogether.
