@ManfredKarrer yes, I wouldn't be able to get into the code, but perhaps there is a middle ground where it's possible to walk through something on the spot (a trade, voting cycle, etc) and discuss the conceptual underpinnings without getting into code (i.e., details that would go over the head of a user, but that a developer would find interesting). Of course, it would need to be properly communicated so people aren't expecting something different. Otherwise...can always do a more typical presentation.
As long as feedback remains positive, I will try to get feedback on specifics and begin planning a couple of events in tandem.
