[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 8 (#433)

Hi, I'm Riccardo, I'm a digital marketing specialist and independent researcher in security and privacy of Bitcoin. I'm involved and I help a lot of Bitcoin projects (eg. Wasabi, BTCPay, Bottle Pay, Blockstream)

You will see me more and more often in these months, I will be working on improving the website, the documentation and translating Bisq into Italian. (By the way, [I launched a proposal to add Italian as on of the main languages](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/151), remember to vote :+1:)
