I suggest that for major banks having two-factor authorisation (2FA) the account signing should not be necessary. See https://cib.db.com/insights-and-initiatives/flow/safety-twice.htm for the plans for mandatory 2FA in Europe. Similar efforts are in the pipeline for Asia and America. Many banks in Europe have 2FA already implemented and within maybe a year all of them will be forced to have it. 2FA makes it very hard to steal bank accounts.
