[bisq-network/bisq] Cannot finalize trade, error when clicking "confirm payment Receipt" (#3398)

@deeprna  I suspect the trade has been started with the old trade protocol and then one trader has updated to 1.2 or above which is not supported. Please contact the arbitrator (see in trade details the oninon address) on keybase. He has to do a manual payout. Probably same situation as in #3520
