[bisq-network/bisq-website] Fix Opengraph and Twitter tags (#320)

Added `<meta property="og:url">`, `<meta property="twitter:description">` and `<meta property="twitter:image">` tags as they were missing.

Fixed `<meta property="twitter:site">` as it was broken
