I disagree on taking away budget from languages. The most important thing in my opinion are translations.
Since it affects me directly, does this apply even if my proposal has already been accepted? #151

This is easy to implement with Matomo. For example, if an Italian user enters the Italian version of the site, we can create a goal and track an event if he downloads the software.
