[bisq-network/proposals] Increase BSQ max issuance parameter (#160)

NO, it is not sustainable to compensate a BSQ price fall by issuing more BSQ like now. Increasing the supply is inflating which causes the price go down even more in a potentially negative spiral and the finances can eventually break.

The finances should be corrected by issuing compensations in a nominal BSQ value as told. The market then decides what the compensations real value is by the BSQ market price.

Furthermore. If the BSQ price goes down the only sustainable way is to reduce issuance (by costs) or increase burning (by revenues) to properly compensate.

As the Bisq finances are designed now is not sustainable and will eventually break.
