[bisq-network/bisq] DAO: Point out BSQ separately in "Fund your offer" popup (#2075)

Something else is wrong in these two screens as well. The total funds to pay (`model.totalToPay`) is shown in the popup wrong, although it uses the same property as the underlying pay funds screen. There must be some timing issue, why the value is different when passed to the popup compared to the binded value in the funds needed field.
