Yes agree it should be shorter....
I just think we should write it for an audience as ourself. Too high level might be too "PR" like. I think most Bisq users are rather experienced and technical (?). Maybe there is a way to show 1 sentence and then have a bit more info on rollover a "read more" or the like? So that its not changing the page just inserts a bit more text (3 sentences more, just enough to cover the core idea)?
I think we have to avoid everything which comes near the ICO "PR" style.
