[bisq-network/growth] Create DAO landing page (#99)

Hi

Here's the link to un updated version of the design:

In my opinion I think the page is a little to dense with content. Specially the bottom part. Those ideas should have already been conveyed in the top and should be pretty clear by the time the user gets to the bottom.

Added comments and attaching the XD file below in case someone wants to play around with the text.
