[bisq-network/bisq] Two external screens on Ubuntu 18.xx result in blank window - JavaFX IllegalArgumentException: Window must not be zero (#2452)

I know where this is coming from, just not sure why. I guess Java still has some issues with multi-screen environments. I can add some exception handling to hopefully avoid this issue.
