### 2019.02 18-24 report (week 08)

- gaps between fees onion pages : ~non-existent
- gaps between prices onion pages : ~non-existent
- fees values : min = 10 s/b (246 occurrences), mean = 30.42 s/b, max = 62 s/b (40 occurrences).
Mean fee increased significantly. It's the highest week for mean fee in 2019.
Bisq numbers for the week : 124 BTC/414 trades (-31% BTC, -8% trades)

All other timeouts this week were from network issues.
