[bisq-network/bisq] Download link expires too early when downloading Bitsquare binary from a slow connection. (#2196)

When downloading from bisq.network/downloads the download link in redirected to a AWS container link. This link is set to expire after 300 seconds although when a slow connection takes longer to download, the link expires before the download can finish.
