[bisq-network/bisq] Change Order Book View (#1228)

I'm not available to assist in this area but wanted to say that I consider it a thoughtful and smart suggestion. I particularly like the black background mockup, a very familiar look. 

I feel ripcurlx has a point, but it could simply be handled with an advanced tab with more options.

Anyway, this issue has been open for a year now. If people need funding to make it happen, I'd like the to vote for it. If it's considered a distraction let's table UI for another time, but I think it would be a mistake. As someone evangelizing for Bisq and decentralized markets importance,  useability is as important as ever.

Thanks for the work done, regardless of outcome.
