[bisq-network/bisq] Inconsistent decimal separator in the DAO wallet (#2267)

The DAO wallet shows inconsistent decimal separators. For instance, in "Market data: Latest BSQ/BTC trade price", a dot is used for a decimal, while in "Distribution of all BSQ: Burned BSQ", a comma is used.

We might choose to use the decimal separator that the user's local settings indicate but we seem to use dots elsewhere.
